2. Purposes of processing and their legal basis

2.1. Order fulfilment
We process customers' personal data (first name, last name, contact details, delivery address, payment details) to confirm orders, deliver goods and issue invoices.
Legal basis: performance of a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).

2.2. Newsletter subscription
If you sign up for our newsletter, we process your email address and/or phone number. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).

2.3. Customer support and communication
We process your name, contact details and the content of your messages to answer questions and improve our service.
Basis: your consent or our legitimate interests (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)/(f)).

2.4. Accounting and record-keeping
We store payment and product information in accordance with the law.
Basis: compliance with a legal obligation (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c)).

2.5. Collecting personal data for incomplete orders
If a customer leaves an order incomplete, we may contact them.
Basis: legitimate interests (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

3. Personal data retention periods

We keep your data for as long as any of the following applies:

  • until our contractual obligations have been fulfilled;
  • for up to 1 year after you withdraw your consent;
  • for as long as required by law (accounting, consumer protection, etc.);
  • after that, the data is securely deleted or anonymised.

4. Data recipients

We may only pass your personal data to the following partners:

  • Payments are processed through the payment platform makecommerce.lv, so our company passes the personal data needed to process payments to the platform's owner, Maksekeskus AS.
  • Delivery service providers (e.g. Omniva);
  • Payment processors (banks, payment operators);
  • Accounting or financial service providers.

These partners ensure data protection and only process data for the purposes we have set.

5. Transfer of data to third countries

No data is transferred outside the EU/EEA.

6. Minors

One of our company's principles is not to offer services to minors. If we find that we have processed a child's data, it will be deleted immediately.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • access your data;
  • correct it;
  • have it deleted (where permitted);
  • restrict processing;
  • object to processing (e.g. for marketing);
  • data portability;
  • withdraw your consent at any time.
