Shipping policy
Delivery within Latvia is currently FREE on orders over €100.
Shipping costs outside Latvia are charged according to the price list of the chosen delivery provider.
When buying from the online store www.spartanstyle.co.uk, customers can choose the delivery method.
By choosing a delivery service, the customer undertakes to provide an accurate delivery address.
The customer undertakes to receive the goods personally. Where the customer cannot do so in person, but the goods have been delivered to the specified address based on the information in the Buyer's order, the Buyer has no right to make claims against the Seller for delivery of the goods to an unintended person.
The delivery fee depends on the delivery address and the weight and size of the goods.
The seller has the right to change delivery fees.
The average delivery time within Latvia is 3 to 5 business days after payment for the order is received, but the Store reserves the right to deliver goods within 10 (ten) days, as delivery times may vary depending on stock availability and other circumstances (for example, longer delivery times should be expected during sales, before holidays, when postal/courier services are busy, etc.).
Delivery is made to the address the customer provided when confirming the order. Delivery prices are set according to the rates of the delivery service providers. The customer pays the delivery costs together with payment for the ordered goods, before confirmation of the order and delivery of the goods. The delivery price is included in the order invoice.
Delivery of the goods is complete when the customer receives them at the specified address or after a split delivery has been made.
On receiving the parcel, the Buyer must check the condition of the parcel and the goods.
If the parcel packaging is damaged (crushed, wet or otherwise damaged on the outside), the goods are damaged or the goods are incomplete, the Buyer must contact the Store immediately. The Seller is released from liability to the Buyer for damage to the goods, unless the damage was caused by the manufacturing process or a packing error that could not be noticed by inspecting the parcel from the outside.
The risk of accidental loss of or damage to the goods passes to the Buyer when the Buyer receives the Order.
Where the Goods are not delivered to the Customer because they were lost through the fault of postal (courier) service staff during delivery, the Seller will reimburse the customer for the value of the paid goods and delivery only after the Seller has received confirmation of the loss or compensation from the postal service.
Delivery methods are listed on the website in the “Delivery” section.
The goods are delivered together with an invoice, which serves as the invoice for the delivered goods and as the warranty document for them. Customers are asked to provide the correct delivery address and contact details before confirming the order.
