1. General terms
1.1. These terms govern the operation of the online store www.spartanstyle.co.uk (hereinafter – the Store).
1.2. Accepting these terms of service is a precondition for placing an order.
1.3. The Store reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. New versions take effect as soon as they are published on the website.
1.4. Updated Terms of Service take effect from the moment they are published on the Store's website. You can see the date the Terms of Service were changed at the end of the Terms. To stay informed about possible changes, please review the Terms of Service section from time to time and make sure you are familiar with the current version. Customers must read the Terms of Service each time before placing an order in the Store.
2. Creating, maintaining and securing an account
2.1. To place an order, the customer must register with the Store and create an account.
2.2. When registering, a valid email address and other necessary information must be provided.
2.3. The customer must update any changes in their account within 24 hours.
2.4. The account password must be at least 8 characters long and include both letters and numbers.
2.5. The customer is responsible for the security of their account. The password must not be shared with third parties.
2.6. If there is any suspicion that a third party has gained access to the account, the customer must change the password immediately and notify info@powerlab.lv.
3. Placing and confirming an order
3.1. Products are selected by adding them to the shopping cart.
3.2. After selecting products and adding them to the cart, the customer can view and edit the cart contents and the quantity of products until the order is confirmed.
3.3. To complete the order, use the “Checkout” option, choose one of the available delivery methods and enter the delivery details. The delivery price is shown for each delivery method.
3.4. The customer must provide accurate information needed for checkout and delivery; otherwise, fulfilment and delivery of the order are not guaranteed. Before confirming the order, you must confirm that you have read and agree to the “Privacy Policy” and the “Terms of Service” (distance contract). After confirming the order with “Confirm order and pay”, you must choose one of the available payment methods. By confirming the payment, the Customer undertakes to pay for the ordered products.
3.5. After paying for the order, the customer receives a confirmation email. If you do not receive this confirmation email, please contact the store at the email address given in these terms.
3.6. Ordering goods is considered an offer by the buyer (customer) to the seller (SIA Spartan Style) to conclude a distance contract for the delivery of the ordered product in accordance with these terms and the order, and the buyer's agreement to purchase the ordered goods at the stated price.
3.7. After receiving an order, the seller may refuse to fulfil it if the customer's debit or credit card is not authorised for payment, or if the ordered product is unavailable or no longer produced.
3.8. Fulfilment of orders in the Store depends on product availability. If an ordered product is not available at the time, the store will contact the customer immediately.
4. Prices, changes and discounts
4.1. All prices are shown in euros (EUR) and are binding at the moment the ordering process begins.
4.2. Prices include VAT (21%) and do not include delivery costs.
4.3. The Store may freely change prices and introduce or cancel discounts.
4.4. Promotions may apply to products marked in red, but they do not guarantee the availability of the product concerned.
5. Payment
5.1. The payment methods available are those shown in the Store.
5.2. Order processing begins once payment has been received; for bank transfers this may take up to 1 business day.
5.3. Even for unconfirmed orders, the seller may reserve stock in the warehouse — for a max. of 2 days.
5.4. The Store does not provide secure payments outside the systems of its official payment partner.
6. Delivery
6.1. Delivery is available within Latvia — by post, parcel lockers and courier services; abroad — at the buyer's request.
6.2. The Store delivers in accordance with the Store's “Shipping Policy”.
6.3. The average delivery time within Latvia is 3 to 5 business days after payment for the order is received, but the Store reserves the right to deliver goods within 10 (ten) days, as delivery times may vary depending on stock availability and other circumstances (for example, longer delivery times should be expected during sales, before holidays, when postal/courier services are busy, etc.).
6.4. Delivery is made to the address the customer provided when confirming the order. Delivery prices are set according to the rates of the delivery service providers. The customer pays the delivery costs together with payment for the ordered goods, before confirmation of the order and delivery of the goods. The delivery price is included in the order invoice.
6.5. In case of problems (e.g. delay, damaged goods), the customer should contact info@powerlab.lv or +31722824860.
6.6. Delivery of the goods is complete when the customer receives them at the specified address or after a split delivery has been made.
7. Right of withdrawal
7.1. Returns and exchanges are handled in accordance with the Store's “Return Policy”.
8. Warranty
8.1. The Store provides a 24-month warranty in accordance with the law.
8.2. Claims must be submitted in writing (info@powerlab.lv) with photo/video evidence.
8.3. Minor differences that do not affect the use of the product are not grounds for warranty claims.
9. Personal data protection
9.1. The use of personal data in the store's operations is governed by the Store's “Privacy Policy”.
10. Copyright and intellectual property
10.1. All product images, designs, texts and brands in this Store belong to SIA “Spartan Style” or its licensors.
10.2. They may not be used without written permission.
11. Liability
11.1. The Store is not liable for losses resulting from the customer providing incorrect personal or delivery details.
11.2. The Store is not liable for indirect losses (e.g. loss of working time) unless a direct causal link is proven.
11.3. The Store is not responsible for interruptions on the suppliers' side or technical failures.
12. Dispute resolution
12.1. If the customer believes that the goods do not comply with the terms of the distance contract, the customer may submit a complaint to the Store about the product's non-conformity or another breach of the distance contract. The complaint can be submitted electronically by sending it to info@powerlab.lv. Complaints are reviewed within 10 business days of receipt, and the reply is sent to the email address given in the complaint.
12.2. The parties shall resolve disputes amicably in accordance with the distance contract and the law.
12.3. If no agreement can be reached, the dispute shall be settled by the competent institution or court of the Republic of Latvia.
